1. Ticket Cancellation Window

  • You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking to be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Cancel Your Ticket

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@maxglamentertainment.com with the subject line: Ticket Cancellation Request.
  2. Provide your order ID, registered email address, and phone number.
  3. State the reason for cancellation (optional).

3. Non-Cancellable Tickets

The following tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  • Last-minute bookings: Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event.
  • Discounted or promotional tickets.
  • VIP or special access tickets.
  • Rescheduled event tickets.

4. Event Cancellations & Postponements

  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 working days.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued unless the new date is inconvenient for you.

5. Processing Time for Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
