1. Ticket Cancellation Window
- You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Cancel Your Ticket
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@maxglamentertainment.com with the subject line: Ticket Cancellation Request.
- Provide your order ID, registered email address, and phone number.
- State the reason for cancellation (optional).
3. Non-Cancellable Tickets
The following tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
- Last-minute bookings: Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event.
- Discounted or promotional tickets.
- VIP or special access tickets.
- Rescheduled event tickets.
4. Event Cancellations & Postponements
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 working days.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued unless the new date is inconvenient for you.
5. Processing Time for Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
