  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the new date is inconvenient for you.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets

The following ticket types are non-refundable:

  • Last-minute bookings (purchased within 48 hours of the event).
  • Discounted or promotional tickets.
  • VIP or special access tickets.
  • Rescheduled event tickets (unless the new date is inconvenient).
  • No-show cases (if you fail to attend the event).
