1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, no refund requests will be accepted.
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the new date is inconvenient for you.
2. Non-Refundable Tickets
The following ticket types are non-refundable:
- Last-minute bookings (purchased within 48 hours of the event).
- Discounted or promotional tickets.
- VIP or special access tickets.
- Rescheduled event tickets (unless the new date is inconvenient).
- No-show cases (if you fail to attend the event).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide your order ID, registered email address, and phone number.
- State the reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
- If you donβt receive your refund within the stipulated time, contact your bank or payment provider.
