1. Digital Ticket Delivery

  • All tickets are digital and will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
  • You will receive a digital booking slip immediately after successful payment.
  • A confirmation email containing your ticket details and QR code (if applicable) will be sent within a few minutes.

2. How to Access Your Ticket

  • Email: Check your inbox (or spam folder) for the confirmation email from support@maxglamentertainment.com.
  • Website Account: If you created an account, you can log in and download your ticket anytime.

3. Non-Receipt of Ticket

If you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes of booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.
  2. Ensure you provided the correct email address at the time of booking.
  3. Contact us at support@maxglamentertainment.com with your order ID and registered phone number.

4. Resending Tickets

  • If you lose your ticket, you can request a ticket resend by emailing us with your order details.
  • A duplicate ticket will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours.

5. Event Entry Requirements

  • You must present your digital ticket (PDF or email confirmation) at the event entry.
  • Some events may require a valid photo ID for verification.
